Why Choose Washington Estate Appraisals?

Washington residential real estate is not one simple market. Rural acreage, manufactured homes, wells, septic systems, private roads, shops, lake properties, and limited comparable sales can make valuation more complex.

Washington Estate Appraisals brings more than a decade of experience in rural and complex residential appraisal work, with practical knowledge of how buyers, sellers, attorneys, property owners, and private clients analyze value in low-data markets.

Statewide desktop appraisal assignments are considered on a case-by-case basis. Acceptance depends on the property type, market area, intended use, available data, assignment complexity, and whether the valuation can be completed credibly under a desktop scope of work.

Appraisal & Valuation Fees

Appraisal and private valuation fees typically start at $450, with most assignments ranging from $600 to $1,200 depending on property type, location, intended use, effective date, available data, and assignment complexity.

Each assignment is reviewed before acceptance to determine whether the scope of work is appropriate and whether the valuation can be completed credibly.

Send the property address, county, intended use, effective date, and any available photos, prior listings, or property documents.
